  1. I purchased a Braun electric toothbrush several years ago. It included two electric brushes with the kit. One of them is wearing out so I decided to switch to the other brush which has never been used and discovered it doesn’t fit on the other charger. Would you replace the charger?

    • Hi Janis.

      Thanks for the comment.

Firstly, we are not Oral-B. We are not affiliated with them. We have simply written about their warranty process.

Given the length of time that has passed, I think it unlikely that the charging stand would now be replaced as several years have passed by your own admission.

What is odd is that the brush does not fit on the charging stand. With few exceptions, Oral-B brushes have a standard charger that the vast majority of brush handles fit on. I would have thought that if you had purchased a kit containing a couple of handles both would have fitted on that charging stand.

Do you have any model information to allow me to help further? Do the brushes look the same or are they different?
